How many breaths do you take in a minute? Most people take between 12-18 breaths. Science has found the magic number is 6, the rate of Coherence. This is a wonderful technique to find calm and connect your head and your heart. Connect your head and your heart with this coherence building practice and learn the optimal breath rhythm.
